I know, I know,,,,it's been awhile!
So, it looks like it has been a whole year since we last visited our blog. A year! It's true what they say: Time moves so much faster the older we get. This past year has been so much fun, busy, crazy, blessed, wonderful, and tiring! Let me give ya'll an idea of some of the wonderful towns we were able to visit this past year: Rayville La, Wylie, Waxahachie, San Antonio, Bastrop, Athens, New Fairview, Arlington, Ennis, Bluff Dale, Meridian, Donie, DeLeon, Kaufman, Dallas, Crowley, Corsicana, Fairfield, Henderson,,,, big breath here,,,,,Hillsboro, Mart, Abilene, DeSoto, Everman, Shamrock, Paducah, Higgins, Brnham, LaGrange, Garland, Austin, Kemp, Paris, Mexia, New Sweden, Dennison, Wimberley, Tishamingo OK, Mesquite, and,,, if I forgot your town please forgive me! On a personal note, Bob and Pam have added two new grandsons to their clan and will soon add their 6th grandchild in May of this year. Also Jim and Kelley are settling nicely into their role as grandparents for the first time to the cutest little redhead ever to draw breath. We were also blessed to be able to record our third CD in May of 2008. "Run For the Prize" has all the songs that we love to sing live in concert and that minister to us in some way. We have recently begun searching for new songs for our next "original" project we hope to record sometime this Spring. For now, please keep us in your prayers as we are headed to South Texas tomorrow to be in concert Friday with Paul's Journey and then jump on the cruise ship Saturday morning. Yeah, I know, tough mission field, but someone has to do it!
